The Natural Calm Wellness Retreat Terms and Conditions:
Reservation and Payment:
a. Guests must make a reservation in advance to secure their spot at the wellness retreat.
b. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
c. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the retreat.
d. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation and Refunds:
a. There are no refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
b. In the event of cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
Travel Insurance:
a. All guests must have valid and comprehensive travel insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
b. It is the responsibility of each guest to arrange their own travel insurance and provide proof of coverage upon arrival.
Retreat Modifications:
a. The wellness retreat reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the retreat itinerary, including activities, workshops, or sessions, due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
b. Alternative activities or sessions may be provided as a replacement, but no refunds or compensation will be provided.
Health and Medical Considerations:
a. Guests must inform the retreat organisers in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the retreat.
b. The retreat organisers may require guests to provide a medical certificate or clearance from a qualified healthcare professional if necessary.
c. Guests are responsible for managing their own health and well-being during the retreat, including any necessary medications or treatments.
Code of Conduct:
a. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards other participants, staff, and the retreat property.
b. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and outdoor areas where smoking is not permitted.
c. The use of illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.
Liability:
a. The wellness retreat, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred during the retreat.
b. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own well-being and personal belongings.
Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the retreat is held.

The Natural Calm Mobile Massage Service - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Thank you for choosing The Natural Calm Mobile Massage Service
("we," "us," or "our").
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of our mobile massage services to you ("Client," "you," or "your") within the London area. By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking: To book a massage session, please contact us through our provided channels. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.
2.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total session cost may be required at our discretion when booking a massage appointment. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied towards the final payment.

3. Pricing
3.1 Price Variability: Our prices vary depending on the location of the service.
Please inquire about the specific pricing for your desired location when booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Additional Costs: Clients will be responsible for any additional charges related to tolls, parking fees, or congestion charges incurred by our therapists while traveling to or from the appointment location. These charges will be added to the final invoice.

4. Consultation and Setup
4.1 Additional Time: Please allow an additional 40 minutes for each massage session. This time is reserved for consultation with the therapist and setup of the massage equipment. It ensures that your session is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
5.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as therapist unavailability, equipment malfunction, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule at a convenient time or provide a full refund of your deposit.

6. Conduct and Safety
6.1 Client Health: Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the massage session's safety or effectiveness. This information will remain confidential.
6.2 Therapist's Right: Our therapists reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if they feel their safety is compromised or if clients engage in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment or intoxication.

7. Liability
7.1 Limitation of Liability: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable massage experience, we are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during or as a result of the massage session.

8. Privacy
8.1 Client Information: We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law
9.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of London.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to booking.

Terms and Conditions for The Natural Calm Massage Corporate Services
1. Scope & Status
- The Natural Calm Mobile Massage Company (“The Company”) coordinates and provides professional onsite seated massage services to corporate clients.
- All treatments are delivered by independent, self-employed therapists, each holding valid qualifications, public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and providing their own equipment.
- The Company acts solely as a booking and coordination service and accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from the actions or omissions of self-employed therapists.

2. Session Durations by Package
- Employee-Paid Sessions: 10, 15, or 20 minutes per person
- Hybrid Funding: 10, 15, or 20 minutes per person
- On-Site Chair Massage (Company’s Investment): 10 minutes per person
- Wellness Day Package: 10 minutes per person (up to 20 staff)
- Corporate Subscription: 10–20 minutes per person, as agreed in advance
Each session includes a 5-minute changeover between clients for cleaning and preparation.

3. Scheduling, Setup & Breaks
- Therapists arrive 15 minutes before the first session to set up and remain 15 minutes after the final session to pack away.
- Setup and pack-down are not included in the paid massage duration.
- For bookings lasting four hours or more, a 15-minute comfort break will be scheduled.
- The Organisation must provide a private, quiet, and safe space with sufficient room for the therapist and chair.
- Punctuality is required; late arrivals may shorten individual sessions to maintain the schedule.

4. Package Details & Minimums
A) Employee-Paid Sessions
- Prices:
- 10 minutes – £15 per person
- 15 minutes – £20 per person
- 20 minutes – £25 per person
- Booking minimum:
- A minimum of eight (8) participating employees, or
- The Organisation pays the top-up to ensure a total minimum of £180 per visit is met.
- Suitable for smaller teams and ad-hoc bookings.

B) Hybrid Funding Package – Shared Wellbeing Support
A flexible model where the company and employees share the cost of each visit.
- Duration: 3 hours onsite
- Capacity: Up to 12 staff (10–20-minute massages with 5-minute changeovers)
- Total per visit: £240
- Company contributes £120 (50%)
- Employees collectively contribute £120 (50%) through individual bookings
- Minimum total: £225 per visit
- If fewer than 12 employees participate, the company pays the shortfall to reach £225.
- If more than 12 employees wish to participate:
- Additional time may be added at £75 per hour (up to four extra staff per hour), or
- A second therapist may be arranged at £75 per hour (minimum 3-hour booking = £225).
- Frequency: Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly
- Commitment: Minimum three-month term

C) On-Site Chair Massage – Company’s Investment
A one-off or occasional company-funded service ideal for staff appreciation or health days.

A half-day wellbeing experience for up to 20 staff members, featuring 10-minute seated massages throughout the visit.
- Price: £425 (all-inclusive)
- Optional Add-On: Branded wellness gift bags available at additional cost

E) Corporate Subscription Packages
For organisations seeking regular, ongoing sessions.
- Visits scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly
- Session duration: 10–20 minutes per person
- Minimum initial term: Three months (rolling thereafter)
- Pricing agreed according to visit frequency and hours booked

5. Health, Safety & Conduct
- Clients must inform therapists of any relevant medical conditions before treatment.
- Therapists reserve the right to modify or decline treatment if unsafe to proceed.
- The Organisation must ensure the space is safe, clean, and private.
- Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with full fees payable.

6. Travel & Equipment
- Therapists provide all necessary equipment, including chair, linens, and sanitising products.
- Standard travel within South-West and Central London is included. Locations outside this area may incur a travel supplement, confirmed at booking.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- More than 72 hours’ notice: No charge
- 48–72 hours’ notice: 50% of the booking fee payable
- Less than 48 hours or same-day cancellation: 100% of the booking fee payable
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 30 days of the original booking.

8. Payment Terms
- Invoices are issued upon confirmation and payable within seven (7) days of the service date unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a 5% weekly charge.
- For Employee-Paid and Hybrid sessions, employee contributions must be collected before the visit.
Any shortfall to the stated minimum is payable by The Organisation.

9. Force Majeure
The Company will not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control (including illness, transport disruption, or emergencies). Where possible, an alternative therapist or date will be offered.

10. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, The Organisation acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Terms and Conditions for The Natural Calm Massage Training Centre

1. Registration and Enrollment:
1.1 By enrolling in any training program offered by The Natural Calm Massage Training Centre (hereinafter referred to as "the Centre"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Registration for any course or program at the Centre is subject to availability and acceptance by the Centre.

2. Payment and Fees:
2.1 A non-refundable deposit equal to 40% of the total course fee is required to secure your place in the selected training program.
2.2 The remaining course fee must be paid in full before the commencement of the training program. Failure to do so may result in your enrollment being canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
2.3 The Centre offers two pricing options for its training programs:
a) Course with Massage Therapist Starter Kit: This option includes the course fee and a massage therapist starter kit.
b) Course Only: This option includes the course fee only and does not include a massage therapist starter kit.

3. Accreditation:
3.1 The Natural Calm Massage Training Centre is accredited by the Accredited Beauty Therapists (ABT). Our courses and training programs are designed to meet ABT's standards and requirements.
3.2 Successful completion of a training program at the Centre does not guarantee automatic accreditation by ABT. Accreditation may require additional steps and fees, and it is the responsibility of the student to pursue and maintain their ABT accreditation.

4. Certification:
4.1 To receive a certificate of completion from the Centre, students must fulfill the following requirements:
a) Attend all required classes and training sessions.
b) Successfully pass the Anatomy and Physiology exam administered by the Centre.
c) Meet any additional requirements specified for the particular course or program.
4.2 Certificates will be issued to students who have met all the requirements outlined in clause 4.1. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the withholding of the certificate.

5. Potential Earnings:
5.1 The earnings information provided on the massage training page of the Centre's website is an estimate and is not a guarantee of income. Earnings may vary based on factors such as location, market demand, and individual efforts to secure clientele.

6. Conduct and Behavior:
6.1 Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times while attending classes or participating in any Centre-related activities.
6.2 Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the student's removal from the training program without a refund of fees.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
7.1 The Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training programs due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered alternative dates or a full refund of their fees.
7.2 Students who wish to cancel or reschedule their enrollment must provide written notice to the Centre at least [X days/weeks] before the scheduled start date of the program. Cancellation or rescheduling requests received after this deadline may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

8. Liability:
8.1 The Centre will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of students during training programs. However, the Centre will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of training.

9. Privacy and Data Protection:
9.1 The Centre may collect and process personal information about students for the purpose of enrollment and administration. Student data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Centre's privacy policy.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
10.1 The Natural Calm Massage Training Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Centre's website, and it is the responsibility of the student to review them periodically.
