Olisa, the founder of The Natural Calm, is a heartbased entrepreneur, massage therapist, teacher and retreat host with a passion for connecting people. With over 15 years of experience in wellness, her aim is to encourage you to thrive and adore being the best version of yourself through selfcare.

Trishan
Trishan Haughton is an Integrative Yoga Therapist and Speaker dedicated to nurturing women's feminine essence, helping them tap into their innate superpowers. Trishan crafts safe, transformative spaces for women to embrace self-compassion and recognize their inherent worth, boundless capabilities, delightful sensuality, and immense strength. Passionate, intuitive, and creatively versatile, Trishan employs a wide array of methods to liberate the body, calm the mind, and rekindle the indomitable spirit within women.

Stewart
With over 30 years of experience, Stewart Maxwell is a seasoned practitioner and instructor of Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Yoga, and Reiki. As a Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, he excels in tailoring personalized health and wellness plans for clients of all ages, from children to adults. Stewart's expertise extends to working with individuals, groups, sports teams, and leading workshops and retreats. Stewart Maxwell's extensive knowledge and holistic approach empower individuals to achieve optimal well-being and performance.

Kaydian
Kaydian, the creative force behind Escape the Meat Kitchen. Her talent for crafting mouthwatering dishes, especially in the realm of plant-based cuisine, became evident as she refined her art. Immersing herself in the Rastafarian community, Kaydian honed her plant-based recipes and cultivated a passion for creating health-conscious, flavorful meat-free dishes. Her distinctive culinary style is renowned for its exciting flavors and textures.




Meet Talibah, the proud owner of Plattinum Heights - (our retreat venue). Is a proud Rastafarian Woman, Jamaican returnee, and happy creative. Blissfully living amonsgt the abundance or rural life in the Blue Mountains - Ready to welcome you to her home and share her slice of paradise!
